Science first, archetypes second
The Big Five (OCEAN) model is the most rigorously validated personality framework in academic psychology, replicated across cultures and decades. Each archetype is a vivid shorthand for a statistically distinct trait cluster — not a box, but a starting point for self-understanding.
The 4-letter codes (INTJ, ENFP, etc.) are cross-references to the MBTI type system for discoverability. Personica does not use MBTI theory and is not affiliated with The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
